To give users the best vision so that they can focus on the job, the faceshield has the highest optical properties (Class 1) in tests of spherical refractive power, astigmatic refractive power, prismatic refractive power, and light diffusion.
- Protective films
To ensure the best optical quality and to prevent damage and scratches during transportation, there are protective films on both sides of the visor. The films can be easily removed before use.
- Impact resistance
Includes front and lateral impact resistance.
- Protection against high-speed particles, 45 m/s
Made of extrusion grade polycarbonate with very high mechanical strength, the faceshield can withstand the impact of a 6 mm nominal diameter steel ball striking it at a speed of 45 m/s.
- Resistance to fogging
The innovative technology ensures a permanent anti-fog effect, which is certified to CE EN 166.
- Resistance to ignition
According to the testing method of European standard, heat one end of a steel rod, 300 mm long and 6 mm nominal diameter to 650 ℃. Press the heated face of the rod against the surface of the sample for 5 seconds. The faceshield shall not ignite nor continue to glow.
- Proof against liquid droplets
Due to the indirect venting design, liquid droplets (sprayed solution) in the outside enviroment cannot pass through and appear inside the goggles.
- Lens are replaceable
